Dell to start selling smartphones in China


(China Knowledge) - Dell Inc, the world's second-largest PC maker, said on Friday that it will start selling its first smartphone in China in late November, a move marking the company's official entry into the smartphone market, Reuters reported.
The smartphone is called Mini 3 and is powered by Google Inc' Android software. The new phone will be available in Brazil after the China launch. Timetable for launching the smartphone in other markets was not given.
